Project Description
The Women’s Wellness Group is an on-going drop in social group to increase wellbeing, peer support and recovery pathways for female participants. The group organise various workshops and activities such as resiliance, self care tools, mental health workshops, arts and crafts, yoga, outings and many more.
The womens group organise events for International Women’s Day and Recovery Month in September.

FAST is a non-profit organisation and as such we often lack the resources to advance and develop our services as quickly as we would often wish to. Volunteering is a wonderful opportunity for you to give something to your community. There are many ways to volunteer your time and expertise to the benefit of FAST and the Finglas community.
