Project Description
FAST provides a low threshold street outreach service to participants experiencing social disadvantage in the Finglas, Cabra and Blanchardstown communities, by providing harm reduction advice and information and bridging the gap from street to service, while addressing addiction, health and homelessness.
In 2022 the FAST Outreach Team had 407 street engagements within Finglas, Cabra and Blanchardstown areas.
We have increased visibility within the community, building a rapport with homeless people and we are seen as an established point of contact within the community for help in accessing our service, signposting and advocacy with other agencies in the community.
