Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselling
Finding yourself caught in the snare of Addiction can be an overwhelming experience. The desire to drink or use the drug often overrules the wish to break away and can leave you feeling confused and powerless to change.
Talking to someone who can help you to understand your relationship with alcohol and/or drugs can give you the confidence and strength you need in order to make the changes you want to make.
If you are drinking too much or struggling with drugs you can talk to a counsellor in a 1-1 confidential appointment
This can help with
- Drug and Alcohol Awareness
- Changing addictive behaviour patterns
- Referral and planning for detox and rehabilitation
- Talking about issues that push you toward using substances
We at FAST believe in supporting individuals as they discover their own ability and strength to understand and take control over their addictive behaviour.

FAST is a non-profit organisation and as such we often lack the resources to advance and develop our services as quickly as we would often wish to.
