Mindfully Managing Your Mental Health, starts in FAST on Monday 5th November 2018

It will take place every Monday & Wednesday from 2.30pm - 4.30pm for 5 weeks.

 

 

Join the St Helenas Family Resourse Centre to Celebrate Child and Family Week , all FREE of charge and FOOD will be served at all event.

FAST had the pleasure of welcoming Deloitte on their IMPACT day. They kindly donated the supplies and manpower and gave FAST a much needed freshening up and done a wonderful job painting the interior of our building. They done a great job and were great fun to have on site. Thanks again Deloitte from all at FAST.

We are having a short talk to answer these questions and address some of the myths about alcohol that are out there. It's open to everyone. Its free of charge and you don't need to book. Details in the poster below.

Irish Recovery Walk Dublin takes place on September 15th beginning at 12pm at the Garden of Remembrance, Parnell Square and ending at Merrion Square.

The recovery walk is a celebration of the many achievements of those in recovery.
