FAST will be closed on Monday the 7th May due to  the Bank Holday. There will be no Recovery Social Club or Mindfulness on this day.

We will reopen on Tuesday 8th May, see you all then :)

Annual Walk of HOPE so Saturday night going into Sunday morning 6th of May at 3.30am, as May is Mental Health Awareness month, venues are Finglas, Tolka Valley Park, (Scribblestown entrance on Rathoath Road).

Mindfully Managing your Mental Health has started with a full house this week.

Prevent relapse through mindfulness meditation, understanding triggers, craving and urges to use drugs/alcohol.

It runs on a Monday & Wednesday from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

We are looking forward to the next 6 weeks.

Soilse is to launch its first Recovery Pop-up cafe on Wednesday the 11th of April from 2pm-5pm. Open to people in recovery and to anyone on methadone who are interested in detoxing at some stage.

There will be a peer led recovery meeting from 3pm-4pm
